“Excellent value room”

“The staff was very nice and welcoming at check-in, but unfortunately, we had a serious issue with insects in our room. They moved us to another room, but sadly, the second room was even worse. We were promised a refund for two nights, but that refund was never received. Thankfully, Expedia was absolutely amazing. They stepped up, helped us through the entire situation, and took care of the remainder of our reservation. I really appreciated their support. I just wish the hotel had followed...

“This hotel has been completely renovated. Everything in the room was new, including the bathroom fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. They offered us free water and coffee when we checked in. The elevator is not the most convenient to use, as it is about halfway back and not as near parking as one would like. We ended up using the stairs that were very convenient to our room. “Super fast and easy check in and check out process! The rooms were super clean and friendly staff!”

“Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty.”
